Use of the Site

The Site is provided for personal, non-commercial use to learn about Timbers at Bigwood and Birdie's Snack Shack, view our menus, make reservations, place orders, purchase gift cards, sign up for our newsletter, submit private events inquiries, and apply for jobs. You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, or to interfere with its operation.

Menus, prices, and availability

Menu items, prices, hours, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate but do not warrant it as such. Final menu offerings and pricing are determined at the venue.

Reservations and orders

Reservations are managed through Resy and are subject to Resy's terms and cancellation policies. Online orders and gift cards are processed through Toast and are subject to Toast's terms. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation or order at our discretion (refunds processed where applicable).

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photography, logos, design, and code — is the property of Timbers at Bigwood or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for personal use only. Any other use requires our written permission.

Third-party links and services

The Site contains links to third-party services (Resy, Toast, Google, Meta, Cloudflare, and others). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services. Your use of them is governed by their respective terms.
