Welcome to timbersatbigwood.com (the "Site"), operated by Timbers at Bigwood. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for personal, non-commercial use to learn about Timbers at Bigwood and Birdie's Snack Shack, view our menus, make reservations, place orders, purchase gift cards, sign up for our newsletter, submit private events inquiries, and apply for jobs. You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, or to interfere with its operation.
Menus, prices, and availability
Menu items, prices, hours, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate but do not warrant it as such. Final menu offerings and pricing are determined at the venue.
Reservations and orders
Reservations are managed through Resy and are subject to Resy's terms and cancellation policies. Online orders and gift cards are processed through Toast and are subject to Toast's terms. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation or order at our discretion (refunds processed where applicable).
SMS Messaging Terms
Program name: Timbers & Birdie’s Guest Messaging.
We send text messages in two situations, and only after you say yes on the phone:
- When you ask us to. If you call Timbers or Birdie’s and ask us to text you a link — to book a table on Resy, order takeout, order ahead at Birdie’s, or view our menu — our assistant tells you it’s a one-time message, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. It reads your number back and asks you to confirm. Only after you say yes do we send it.
- When you ask us to pass on a message. If you ask us during a call to send a reservation change or a message to our team, we text you a short confirmation that we have received it.
If you decline, nothing is sent, and it makes no difference to the help you get on the call. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Booking confirmations and reminders for reservations come from Resy, not from us.
Message frequency: only when you request a message on a call. Typically one message per request. Frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive no further messages. For help, reply HELP, or contact us at info@timbersatbigwood.com or (208) 296-6253.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, photography, logos, design, and code — is the property of Timbers at Bigwood or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for personal use only. Any other use requires our written permission.
Third-party links and services
The Site contains links to third-party services (Resy, Toast, Google, Meta, Cloudflare, and others). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services. Your use of them is governed by their respective terms.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timbers at Bigwood disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timbers at Bigwood, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Blaine County, Idaho.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
